About Me
After a 30-year career in the entertainment industry, I realized I was more interested in why people do what they do rather than simply watching it unfold on-screen. My background as a TV producer shaped the therapist I am today. I spent years helping people share their stories without shame, encouraging authenticity, and creating space for emotional truth.
Therapy felt like the natural next chapter.
How I became a therapist
My background
I received my BA in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and graduated summa cum laude with an MA in Psychology from California Southern University.
I’m trained in EMDR through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and also integrate Brainspotting, Havening, Mindfulness, and parts work. I completed LGBT+ Affirmative Therapy training to ensure all clients have a safe space to explore identity and thrive.
I am a certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist through Fluence and completed additional training in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I provide at-home oral ketamine treatment for clients and collaborate with IV infusion clinics throughout California to support patients before, during, and after their infusions.
My focus with ketamine therapy goes beyond the individual session. I consult with IV clinics to help them strengthen their therapeutic support, improve patient preparation, and integrate patients’ healing experiences in ways that create lasting change.
Process Ketamine Studio
I’m also the founder of Process Ketamine Studio, a mental wellness company that provides IV Ketamine patients with supportive tools and practical training for therapists so they feel informed and prepared to guide patients during treatment.
Through Process Ketamine Studio I created:
IVKetamineSupport.com – a resource portal providing structured support for patients and clinics throughout the ketamine infusion process.
Learn IVKS, a training course for therapists on how to support clients through IV ketamine therapy with clarity, safety, and confidence.
My goal is to help clinics offer care that feels grounded, connected, and trauma-informed, and to give patients the guidance they need to make the most of their treatment.
Therapy can be weird at first. You’re pouring your heart out to a stranger. I get it.
My hope is you will feel comfortable with my therapeutic style and trust that I can help guide you toward a happier and healthier way of being.
Therapy can and should help you feel better.
So…Let’s do this.
